Modified Shipping Container House Insulated With Steel Frame And EPS:
Modified shipping container house insulated with steel frame and EPS is modified from standard high cube 40ft shipping container. The wall and roof is designed with light steel frame with EPS core as insulation materials. This container house is designed with three rooms, one bathroom on one end, and one bedroom on the other end, and in the middle is kitchen and living room. There is one door can step into living room directly and another door can go inside the bedroom. Five PVC sliding windows are designed for the container house and steel cover for the window is designed to keep safe for the house. In the kitchen is equipped with cabin and also cooking facilities. Engineered tiles applied for bedroom and living room and ceramic tiles applied for bathroom. Both roof and wall applied wall paper as decoration.
Container house is convenient in lifting, fixing, compounding and transporting. The construction of the container house enables its compounding in longitudinal and transversal direction, and also enables compounding of containers into many floors. Building materials are environmental friendly and also can offer a comfortable indoor condition suitable for many purposes, such as office, hotel, town house, mining accommodation, and training center etc. According to different making, container houses can be divided into three types: flat packing container house, modified shipping container house and welding container house.

1. Generally we make 20ft, 40ft sizes, combination is also available. Size can be adjusted base on the standard.

3. PVC vinyl, plywood, wooden floor, carpet, ceramic tiles flooring system etc.
4. Sliding window with aluminum frame or PVC frame.
5. Sliding door, steel sandwich panel door, steel door, wooden door.
6. Colorful painting, wall cladding for outer decoration.
7. Electricity and water plumbing system can be provided.
8. Furniture (bathroom unit, kitchen sink, bed, wardrobe, A/C, table and chairs etc.)

6. The easy corrosion steel parts are needed regular maintenance,such as rust cleaning,painting, renovating,etc.
